What We Support

We offer phone/fax/chat/email based support for our virtual server clients. Our support extends to the correct functioning of our servers and billing issues as well as control panel features.

What We Don't Support

We provide no support for specific programming languages. Yes we do provide the SQL, PERL and PHP engines for you to use, no, we won't tutor you on how to use them!

There is a line between web development and hosting support

We may be able to point you to where you can find help on an issue but please don't ask us to debug your scripts for you. We expect you to know something about what you are trying to apply. We can and will install scripts for you but that is a function of web development not hosting.

User Support - Our clients may submit a Support Ticket below or contact us via phone for help with their hosting accounts. Please be sure that you have already checked the relevant areas of your Control Panel for the answer to your question before you email. Many answers regarding common issues and procedures are provided there in detail.
